Victoria Ganace is the Co-Founder and Chief Administrative Officer of ZAG Contracting and currently serves as President of the Fort McMurray Music Festival Board. She joined the Board in 2022 after witnessing firsthand the confidence and joy the Festival brings to young performers.
A dedicated community leader and mother of three, Victoria has served as Fundraising Coordinator, Awards Committee member, and now President. She is passionate about strengthening community through the arts and ensuring the Festival continues to inspire future generations.
