IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THIS 2027 FESTIVAL ENTRY DAYS (Read Below)
Entry Days
Submission Deadline: January 31, 2027, at 11:59 PM MT
Email Submissions (New this year):
The Festival will accept submissions by email using the provided entry form for those who are unable to submit in-person submissions.
All email submissions must include:
- A completed entry form
- Proof of e-transfer payment

In-person Submissions:
- January 29, 2027 - 4:30PM - 8:00PM
- January 30, 2027 - 12:00PM - 8:00PM
- January 31, 2027 - 1:00PM - 6:00PM
Please Note: If you have a credit to apply toward your entry fees, do not send an e-transfer until your credit has been applied and an Oilsands Music Festival representative has contacted you with your updated balance.
